Dr. Allyson Regis 

I am Dr. Allyson Regis, the Program Coordinator of Interruptions and the Wellbeing Center Coordinator at Southern Connecticut State University. I hold a Bachelor's from Stony Brook University and a Master's in Mental Health Counseling and Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Fordham University. With over 10 years in higher education, I specialize in supporting first-generation college students. I'm also a mental health counseling professor at NYU, published author, speaker, career coach, and co-editor of a textbook on career development for social justice.
