Our multi-award-winning emotional wellness program, Let’s Talk, offers innovative and insightful workshops, resources, and a safe space for all individuals to discover a pathway for healing.  

YOU DID IT!! You took the first step to begin working on yourself! Together, we will dismantle generational traumas and build a resilient path to healing, for you! 

Engaging in our supportive training program, you will feel comfortable in having honest discussions around unexplained feelings/behaviors, and how to break through the crippling stigmas in our culture, society, and faith to build confidence to change our narrative and heal ourselves.

 During the 8-week program, you will work collaboratively with your cohort to discuss and analyze the crippling and prejudiced myths and stigmas that exist throughout society, cultures, and faith.  

Program Founder, Reverend Dr. Odell (Reverend Dr. O.), created “Let’s Talk” after experiencing a series of personal traumatic experiences, which she calls “Interruptions.” Reverend Dr. O.’s resiliency to reinvent herself will inspire and encourage you to no longer be a victim of your emotional challenges.  

*This program has been approved for Continuing Education Credit (CEC) Hours by the National Association of Social Workers, CT, and meets the continuing education criteria for CT Social Work for Licensure renewal.

If you are an individual looking to participate in the Let’s Talk program, our open enrollment period is your opportunity to gain tools towards emotional wellness.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellations made up to 72 hours after registering for the program will receive a full refund.

  2. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made more than 72 hours after registering for the program.
